Credits Never Expire
Your credits remain valid as long as the service is operational.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StoreFramer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
StoreFramer is a web-based service that allows users to add device frames to their screenshots and localize/translate screenshot content. The Service processes images uploaded by users and returns framed or translated versions suitable for App Store and marketing purposes.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Payments and NO REFUND Policy
IMPORTANT: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
The Service operates on a credit-based system and one-time purchase options:
- New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
- Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page
- Credits never expire and are non-transferable
- One credit is consumed per screenshot processed
No Refunds Policy:
- ALL purchases are final and non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances
- No refunds for unused credits or remaining subscription time
- No refunds if the service is discontinued or modified
- No refunds for technical issues or service unavailability
- By purchasing, you waive any right to chargeback or dispute
5. Credit Packs and Premium Pack
The Service operates on a credit-based system. All credit packs, including the Premium Pack, provide a fixed number of credits.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS:
- Credits are consumed when processing screenshots
- Credits never expire as long as the Service is operational
- The Service may be discontinued, sold, or significantly modified at any time
- If the Service ceases operations, unused credits are forfeited with no compensation
- No guarantee of future features, updates, or maintenance
6. Service Availability and Business Risk
BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING RISKS:
- Business Discontinuation: StoreFramer is operated by a small business that may cease operations at any time due to financial, personal, or market conditions. You accept this risk.
- No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee the Service will be available continuously, uninterrupted, or error-free.
- Service Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
- Data Loss: While we take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for any loss of data, including processed images or account information.
- Third-Party Dependencies: The Service relies on third-party providers (hosting, payment processing, APIs) that may become unavailable.
- No Compensation: In the event of service discontinuation or degradation, you will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or damages.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functionality
- Abuse the service in ways that degrade service for others
8. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the screenshots you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and device frames, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your uploaded images on our servers after processing. Images are processed in memory and immediately discarded.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR SERVICES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- StoreFramer, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall NOT be liable for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is less
- We shall NOT be liable for any damages resulting from service interruption, discontinuation, or termination
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StoreFramer, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload to the Service.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits will be forfeited with no refund.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:
- First, good faith negotiation between the parties
- If unresolved, binding arbitration in accordance with French law
- You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
- Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in French courts.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and StoreFramer regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
